Dear Mr. Jason Marty,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to provide a complete clarification regarding my background, our social work journey, the organizational transition from Free Education Sanstha to Bajranglok Education Services Culture Foundation, and the current legal and project status of the school construction project. I believe this explanation will help avoid any future confusion and provide a clear understanding of our work and intentions.

From the very beginning, I have been deeply involved in social activities, community service, and supporting underprivileged children through education. Since 2017, I have been working as a volunteer teacher, providing free coaching and educational support to poor children. Along with education, I have continuously tried to support children with their essential needs such as study materials, clothing, food, and other basic assistance.

After observing this work, some of my colleagues suggested that I formally register an organization so that the work could be expanded in a more organized and effective manner.

Accordingly, in 2023, I registered an organization named “Free Education Sanstha” under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 at the state level in Rajasthan, India.

After the registration of Free Education Sanstha, I came into contact with Mr. Emanuell, President of the organization “Un Enfant Un Rêve Un Avenir.” He appreciated our educational and social welfare activities and agreed to support the project financially. Along with funding support, he also suggested that we operate schools in two different areas:

  1. In slum or temporary settlement areas where nomadic and underprivileged communities live.
  2. In a location where children from surrounding villages could easily access education.

With the support received from Un Enfant Un Rêve Un Avenir, we established two temporary schools made from bamboo structures in Borda and Dara Ka Naya Gaon. We then started educational activities for children in those areas.

Over time, more than 150 children began attending regularly. To ensure that the quality of education was maintained properly, additional teachers were also appointed.

However, due to heavy rainfall, storms, and difficult weather conditions, both temporary school structures suffered significant damage. Concerned about the safety of the children and the continuity of their education, I informed Mr. Emanuell about the situation and explained the need for a stronger and permanent school building.

After discussions, I prepared and shared a school construction project proposal.

Regarding the land and school construction project, I would like to clarify an important legal and regional situation.

For the construction of the school building, we arranged a plot of land in Dara Ka Naya Gaon. I will provide all land-related documents and agreements for your reference. However, before that, it is important to explain the current legal condition of the area.

Our region falls under the Ramgarh Vishdhari Wildlife Sanctuary area. On 16 May 2022, the Government of India officially declared this area as the Ramgarh Vishdhari Tiger Reserve. Due to this government process, registrations, land titles, and official transfer procedures related to plots, houses, and properties across the entire area were temporarily restricted by the authorities until further administrative processes are completed.

Because of these restrictions, it was not legally possible to complete a normal land registry/transfer process at that time. Therefore, as per the legally available procedure, we executed a notarized land agreement (“Ikarnama Bechan Bhukhand”) on stamp paper between the land owner and Free Education Sanstha Joint Un Enfant Un Rêve Un Avenir.

Under this agreement:

  • Physical possession of the land was handed over for school development.
  • Full construction and usage rights were provided to the organization.
  • The agreement was completed through notarized legal documentation and witnesses according to the currently available legal process in the area.

As soon as the government restrictions on land registration and title transfer are removed, all necessary legal procedures will be completed to formally replace the name “Free Education Sanstha Joint Un Enfant Un Rêve Un Avenir” with “Bajranglok Education Services Culture Foundation” in relation to the land and associated legal records. Updated information and documentation regarding this process will also be provided to you.

I want to assure you that this issue is not specific to our organization alone; it is currently affecting the entire region because of the Tiger Reserve administrative restrictions.

I will provide all relevant documents, including:

  • The notarized land agreement
  • Registration certificates
  • Organizational documents
  • Construction records
  • Audit reports and expense sheets

I would also like to clarify why the work shifted from Free Education Sanstha to Bajranglok Education Services Culture Foundation.

While working as a state-level registered society, we faced limitations in receiving and managing larger international support and funding. We had already received support from Un Enfant Un Rêve Un Avenir, but later we were informed that further expansion and international financial support would be difficult under the previous registration structure.

Due to lack of technical legal knowledge at that time, we were unable to convert Free Education Sanstha directly into a Section 8 organization. Therefore, we registered a new Section 8 entity under the name “Bajranglok Education Services Culture Foundation.”

Currently, all ongoing work, educational activities, and future development projects are being operated through Bajranglok Education Services Culture Foundation.

In the future:

  • All assets and properties associated with Free Education Sanstha will be legally transferred to Bajranglok Education Services Culture Foundation.
  • All future development and educational work will continue under the Section 8 organization structure.
  • Proper audit records, income-expense reports, and project documentation will be maintained and shared transparently.

This organizational transition was done only to strengthen the project, improve transparency, expand the scale of work, and legally enable larger educational and welfare activities for poor and underprivileged children. The children’s education and welfare activities were never interrupted during this process.

Our goal remains the same:

To provide education, safety, food support, healthcare assistance, and a better future to children who are still deprived of basic opportunities.

I sincerely thank you for your patience, understanding, guidance, and support. Please feel free to ask if you require any additional documents, legal clarification, or project-related information. I will be happy to provide everything transparently.

Warm regards,

Bhojraj Gurjar (Akshay)
